My taste buds were in for a treat at the hotel's dining spots, with delicious options like Zuma, Al Nafoorah, and Mundo nearby. The lavish breakfast buffets were a dream come true. The staff's warmth and professionalism took luxury to new heights.

While the outdoor pool sparkled, the spa fell short of expectations. Some facilities were split between towers, causing a tad bit of confusion.

Here, we were treated with luxury at its finest. The exclusive amenities were beyond what we expected, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool provided a variety of options for relaxation and taking in the surroundings. The spa was a great escape from the fast-paced life of the city, offering multiple treatments that were absolutely amazing.

The communication with the visa department. We had a minor issue with obtaining a visa, and it was difficult to reach the department for assistance outside of working hours.

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting, and the soaring atrium lobby is one of Dubai's favorite places to do business. The facilities, including restaurants, bars, swimming pool, gym.

I would have appreciated having a dedicated co-working space within the hotel where I could have conducted informal meetings and collaborative work sessions with my colleagues.

The location of Jumeirah Emirates Towers is fantastic, with amazing restaurants to choose from and stunning views from the bedroom. The staff was incredibly supportive and polite, ensuring a spotless and clean environment. The high-quality breakfast and excellent access to facilities and attractions made our stay truly enjoyable. The relaxation facilities, like the spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, enhanced our experience.

The hotel's award-winning signature restaurant, Vu's, is a culinary masterpiece that left me spellbound. The contemporary cuisine served there was a symphony of flavors, and the panoramic views of Dubai were like a stunning piece of art hanging on the wall. It truly took my breath away.

Unnecessary security at the elevators.

The free access and shuttle to Wild Wadi Waterpark was the highlight of our trip. We went on all the slides and the lazy river like a million times. It was insanely fun and made our trip super exciting!

The only thing that we'd ask for to make the trip even better would be some more late-night entertainment options for young party-goers like us. A cool club or rooftop party spot would've been the cherry on top of our awesome stay!

I chose the hotel for its convenient location near The Tower, but was pleasantly surprised by the 15 dining options, including the elegant Vu's with breathtaking views of Dubai. The complimentary wireless internet and concierge services also enhanced my stay.

Water park slides not operational.

At my first stay, the staff helped with local info, which I remember. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, pools, fitness studio, spa, beach access. I keep coming back for trips without regrets.

The rooms are so cozy and comfy with the best 24-hour room service and premium bedding, perfect for a light sleeper like me.

The bathrooms are huge, which some might love, but I found a bit too spacious.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location, cleanliness, amazing breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel is near a Metro station and in a central location to both ends of the city as well as the airport. The facilities were also impressive, and we enjoyed the snacks available on the 42nd floor.

We arrived late and tired, but were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a Rolls Royce transfer, a room upgrade, and a special welcome gift. The lounge on the 42nd floor was breathtaking and every staff member provided impeccable service. a luxurious stay.

The room was stunning, the service impeccable, and the staff exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was of amazing quality and offered a wide range of cuisines, including delicious dim sum, croissants, smoked salmon, and hash browns. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a spa, pool, and high-end boutiques. this hotel provided a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location near Dubai Mall and Wild Wadi water park, with easy access to Jumeirah Beach. Unlimited access to Wild Wadi park and free access to Jumeirah Beach. Half board package allows dining at 40 restaurants, with a variety of options. Free shuttle service to popular attractions and hotels in the area. Free boat ride at Mina al Salam for Jumeirah hotel guests. Cheaper tickets for Dubai Parks and Resorts compared to purchasing directly from the park.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Conveniently situated near shopping and attractions, with a peaceful atmosphere on weekdays, pleasant and contemporary room design with a view of the city, friendly and helpful staff, well-worth-it Mundo breakfast.

I chose Jumeirah solely for its close proximity to the World Trade Centre. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exquisite dining options. Vu's, the hotel's signature restaurant, offered elegant and contemporary cuisine with breathtaking views of Dubai. The variety of restaurants, complimentary wireless Internet, and intimate services greatly enhanced my stay.

Lexus driver language barrier.

The fitness center provided a convenient workout solution. The lobby's plush chairs signaled busy business vibes. The spa offered unique group fitness classes. I loved the glass elevators in the lobby, adding a modern touch. The hotel's location near the iconic Burj Khalifa was a short 5-minute drive away, making sightseeing easy. I enjoyed the blend of Asian, Italian, and steakhouse dining options.

We had an amazing time at the hotel which provided free access and a convenient shuttle to Wild Wadi Waterpark. It was a fantastic place for the kids to have a blast on thrilling water slides and enjoy the perfect family day out.

My wife says that the hotel would be great with a kids' club.

I recently stayed at Jumeirah Emirates Towers for a week-long business trip. The hotel's location in the famous Emirate Towers was perfect, especially being close to the DIFC area. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, providing top-notch customer service. The breakfast had a lovely variety of food, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the convenience of free shuttles to Dubai Mall and other Jumeirah facilities. The view of the Burj Khalifa from my room was breathtaking. a wonderful experience.

I had a superb stay with Jumeirah. The staff was great and accommodating, fulfilling all of my requests. The location was fantastic, close to attractions like the Museum of the Future, Dubai Mall, and the Metro. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the hotel was diligent with room cleaning. The surprise birthday cake left in the room for my wife was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Jumeirah Emirates Towers for both family and business travel.

Everything was great.

the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is excellent with a variety of foods. the location is close to the restaurant mosaic for main post breakfast, and the free shuttles to other jumeirah facilities are convenient. the access to the boulevard and the view from the elevator are incredible.

We stayed in a hotel located in a fantastic mall area with many lovely restaurants, including the best sushi restaurant I have ever eaten at. , it was only a short ride to the beach at Madinat with the iconic Burj al Arab. The Boulevard was also close by, offering plenty of shopping opportunities.

The soundproofing of the rooms left a lot to be desired.

The suite we stayed in was spacious, well-maintained, and had stunning views. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality food. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to Sheik Zayeed road and shuttle services to popular destinations. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The beach access policy was a major disappointment. We were only allowed to use the beach facilities four times during our eight-night stay.

The general areas are spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior guests to navigate. The accessibility provided for senior people is commendable, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people with more visible signage and assistance from the children of the staff.

Disappointing beach & Wild Wadi access.

Attentive staff, incredible facilities, great location, exceptional view. Breakfast with a fantastic choice, and the room was perfect for our honeymoon. Loved it!

Oh, and the bathroom. classic vintage style, not quite what I was expecting in such a luxurious hotel.
