My one night stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers was flawless. The staff's personalized service and attention to detail were exceptional. The suite was spacious with breathtaking views. Breakfast spread was top-notch. Highly recommend for a luxurious experience in Dubai.

My taste buds were in for a treat at the hotel's dining spots, with delicious options like Zuma, Al Nafoorah, and Mundo nearby. The lavish breakfast buffets were a dream come true. The staff's warmth and professionalism took luxury to new heights.

While the outdoor pool sparkled, the spa fell short of expectations. Some facilities were split between towers, causing a tad bit of confusion.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel! the staff were so attentive and friendly, they even remembered our names and favorite drinks. the room service was top-notch, and the in-room breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the poolside snack bar was a great spot to relax, and the pastry section at dinner was absolutely fantastic. the hotel also offers free shuttles to malls and the beach, making it convenient for leisure travelers. the location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the metro and nearby attractions.

the security measures at the elevators and guest entrance could be toned down a bit to create a more relaxed atmosphere for guests. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor areas for enhancement.

Here, we were treated with luxury at its finest. the exclusive amenities were beyond what we expected, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool provided a variety of options for relaxation and taking in the surroundings.

The communication with the visa department. We had a minor issue with obtaining a visa, and it was difficult to reach the department for assistance outside of working hours.

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting, and the soaring atrium lobby is one of Dubai's favorite places to do business. The facilities, including restaurants, bars, swimming pool, gym, and business center.

I would have appreciated having a dedicated co-working space within the hotel where I could have conducted informal meetings and collaborative work sessions with my colleagues.

The hotel's award-winning signature restaurant, Vu's, is a culinary masterpiece that left me spellbound. The contemporary cuisine served there was a symphony of flavors, and the panoramic views of Dubai were like a stunning piece of art hanging on the wall. It truly took my breath away.

Unnecessary security at the elevators.

The free access and shuttle to Wild Wadi Waterpark was the highlight of our trip. We went on all the slides and the lazy river like a million times. It was insanely fun and made our trip super exciting!

The only thing that we'd ask for to make the trip even better would be some more late-night entertainment options for young party-goers like us. A cool club or rooftop party spot would've been the cherry on top of our awesome stay!

I chose the hotel for its convenient location near The Tower, but was pleasantly surprised by the 15 dining options, including the elegant Vu's with breathtaking views of Dubai. The complimentary wireless internet and concierge services also enhanced my stay.

At my first stay, the staff helped with local info, which I remember. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, pools, fitness studio, spa, beach access. I keep coming back for trips without regrets.

The rooms are so cozy and comfy with the best 24-hour room service and premium bedding, perfect for a light sleeper like me.

The bathrooms are huge, which some might love, but I found a bit too spacious.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location, cleanliness, amazing breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel is near a Metro station and in a central location to both ends of the city as well as the airport. The facilities were also excellent, and we enjoyed the snacks available on the 42nd floor.

The staff at the hotel were so nice, breakfast was yummy, and the beds were super comfy with plenty of workspace. The view from my corner room on the 32nd floor was breathtaking, plus they gave us vouchers to a fab beach hotel in the palm with quiet, clean beaches and all the trimmings, which was ace. The only thing that bugged me a tad was that the view was a bit spoiled by smudgy windows on the 18th floor; more frequent shuttles would be grand though 🏨.

We arrived late and tired, but were kinda surprised to be greeted with a Rolls Royce transfer, a room upgrade, and a special welcome gift. The lounge on the 42nd floor was amazing and every staff member provided perfect service. a luxurious stay.

the staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, upgrading us to a bigger room with an amazing view. the room was stunning, the service impeccable, and the staff exceeded our expectations. the breakfast was of amazing quality and offered a wide range of cuisines, including delicious dim sum, croissants, smoked salmon, and hash browns. the hotel also had great amenities, such as a spa, pool, and high-end boutiques. this hotel provided a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

Half board package allows dining at 40 restaurants, with a variety of options. Free shuttle service to popular attractions and hotels in the area. Free boat ride at Mina al Salam for Jumeirah hotel guests. Cheaper tickets for Dubai Parks and Resorts compared to purchasing directly from the park.

Vu's, the hotel's signature restaurant, offered elegant and contemporary cuisine with breathtaking views of Dubai. A recent stay showcased a diverse dining experience with 15 restaurant choices. Vu's offered a refined and delicious meal with stunning city views. The fitness center provided a convenient workout solution. The lobby's plush chairs signaled busy business vibes. The spa offered unique group fitness classes. I loved the glass elevators in the lobby, adding a modern touch. The hotel's location near the iconic Burj Khalifa was a short 5-minute drive away, making sightseeing easy. I enjoyed the blend of Asian, Italian, and steakhouse dining options.

I had an excellent stay with spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and luxurious interiors offering a very nice view. the hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating, making me feel at home. However, there were some inconsistencies with the amenities and information provided, which could be improved for a more seamless experience.

Just had an amazing stay! the breakfast blew my mind - from fresh juices to sushi & omelettes. the spa was fantastic too. Would DEFINITELY come back! Pictures don't do justice.

I recently stayed at Jumeirah Emirates Towers for a week-long business trip. The hotel's location in the famous Emirate Towers was perfect, especially being close to the DIFC area. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, providing top-notch customer service. The breakfast had a lovely variety of food, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the convenience of free shuttles to Dubai Mall and other Jumeirah facilities. The view of the Burj Khalifa from my room was breathtaking. a wonderful experience.

I had a superb stay with Jumeirah. the staff was great and accommodating, fulfilling all of my requests. the location was fantastic, close to attractions like the Museum of the Future, Dubai Mall, and the Metro. the breakfast options were plentiful, and the hotel was diligent with room cleaning. the surprise birthday cake left in the room for my wife was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Jumeirah Emirates Towers for both family and business travel.

the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is excellent with a variety of foods. the location is close to the restaurant mosaic for main post breakfast, and the free shuttles to other jumeirah facilities are convenient. the access to the boulevard and the view from the elevator are incredible.

We stayed in a hotel located in a fantastic mall area with many lovely restaurants, including the best sushi restaurant I have ever eaten at. , it was only a short ride to the beach at Madinat with the iconic Burj al Arab. The Boulevard was also close by, offering plenty of shopping opportunities.

The soundproofing of the rooms left a lot to be desired.

The service at this hotel was really good. The staff greeted us by name, were always friendly, and were really good too ensure our requests were met. The suite we stayed in was spacious, well-maintained, and had fine views. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality food. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to Sheik Zayeed road and shuttle services to popular destinations. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The beach access policy was a major disappointment.

The general areas are spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior guests to navigate. The accessibility provided for senior people is commendable, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people with more visible signage and assistance from the children of the staff.

The hotel also offered appealing recreational facilities such as a hot tub, private beach, and fitness center, ensuring a diverse range of options for relaxation and leisure.

Disappointing beach & Wild Wadi access.

Attentive staff, incredible facilities, great location, exceptional view. Breakfast with a fantastic choice, and the room was perfect for our honeymoon. Loved it!

Oh, and the bathroom. classic vintage style, not quite what I was expecting in such a luxurious hotel.
